We also had a charcutery platter to share. It seemed standard with local chorizo, salami, cheeses, and breads. Do to a miss translation by Professor Crembil, many of us also tried the pickled local vegetables. When we asked what they were since they were not familiar flavors he corrected himself and we learned they were tongue and intestine! I think trying them as vegetables made them less concerning but not necessarily something I would order again.
